Jose Agudo’s first work for Phoenix Dance Theatre is a tale of a boy’s journey to become a legend. Inspired by Genghis Khan’s extraordinary life story, Ki is a ferocious, ritualistic solo, which uses powerful and extremely physical choreography to demonstrate a man seizing control of his own destiny.
